She was hoping if she timed it right he would send himself careening into her bosom.

Oh well. It was worth a shot.

"Don't call Fujiko an idiot." Though she wasn't really offended. She knows this is just the way this socially stupid guy showed affection. (really, he was lucky she was so understanding.)

Then her pout turned into a grin. The kind that never boded well for Shirogane. "Do you really want it back that badly~?"

Even if he had careened into her bosom, it wouldn't have stopped him from pushing himself back into a sitting position and lecturing her.

He doesn't even take a moment to think that there might be an ulterior motive, just glad that she's finally seeing sense, "Yes."

"I'll give it back..."

She smiled brightly and brought the arm holding the book down from where she'd been holding it over her head...and then it disappeared.

"After you fulfil my conditions!"

He fully intended to fulfill her conditions. And without even an ounce of suspicion, he says, "What conditions?"

"Fujiko wants a kiss. One that will make her heart race and leave her breathless~."

He really should have guessed. But after a moment of silence, he leans in anyway, and gives her a chaste kiss.

She looks expectant while she waits, though the kiss...is about what she expected from this guy.

When he pulls back she makes a face at him.

"That one's no good. Try again."

He sighs before he presses his lips against hers again, lingering longer than before.

Because how do give a kiss that makes hearts race and leaves your partner breathless.

At the rate he was going, Shirogane was never getting his book back. Since she was such a wonderful girlfriend, Fujiko decides to help him out a little.

Okay, knowing this guy she's probably going to have to make that 'a lot'.

Instead of letting him pull away like before, she wraps her arms around his neck and pulls herself flush against him. She gently nipped at his lower lip, teasingly.

He was supposed to be the one doing the kissing, so her actions catch him by surprise. Elbows resting on either side of her head, he makes an attempt to move back and out of reach.

"Ah. Hey!"

His words come out a bit mumbled though, because they're said right against her lips.

As if she'd let him get away. Instead, she smile at him mischievously before leaning in to whisper in his ear.

"Because I'm such an understanding girlfriend I will give you a demonstration. Make sure you take notes~."

It isn't so much the fact that he's going to be given a demonstration that bothers him.

"Take notes with what?"

Fujiko laughs and pulls back just enough so they were face to face. Ah, she remembers why she likes him now...

"You're so cute." She murmurs against his mouth before pressing her lips against his again.

It's difficult for Shirogane to focus on both arguing and taking notes, so well-played, Fujiko. Well-played indeed.

He returns the kiss as well as he can (which isn't really that well, all things considered), tilting his head and closing his eyes as he leans in.

Really, he was so completely hopeless.

She angled her face to make it easier to deepen the kiss, she opens her mouth a little, her tongue swiped at his lower lip asking for entry.

Entry which she gets. He knows that he isn't as good as she is at this (and likely never will be), but he sighs into her mouth anyways, his hand going to hold the back of her head.

He may never be as good as her at this, but Fujiko's goal is to one day get him to the point where he'd kiss her on his own (without any sort of prompting).

At the very least, she mused, he was a willing student.

When his mouth opens her tongue brushes his, almost teasingly as she buries her fingers in his hair. Really, he had such pretty hair; it could almost make a girl jealous.

She'll probably have to trick him into it.

Even though he (sort of) knows how this is supposed to go by now, that doesn't stop him from starting a bit at her tongue brushing against his. There's only a moment of hesitation though and a sound that he'd never admit was a moan before he's returning the kiss, his hand running from the back of her head to her shoulder, fingers skirting over the skin of her neck as he tries unsuccessfully not to get lost in how light-headed she's making him feel.

If she had wanted to, now would be the time to point out that this was a kiss that will make your partner's heart race and leave her breathless.

The thought of making fun of him was growing less attractive by the minute, however, especially when compared to this.

The feel of his fingers on her neck was...electrifying. It was cheesy but it was really the only way Fujiko could think of to describe it. Shirogane was not a man who liked relinquishing control of himself. To know that she could have this kind of effect on him gave her a thrill. (And really, it was only fair because he has the same effect on her despite being as romantic as a brick.)

She let her fingers tangle in his hair, as if she didn't intend to ever let him go.

Eventually though, she did have to pull back, her breathing a little more uneven than before the kiss. She didn't pull back far though, just enough so she could look him in the eyes.

"Well?"

He had liked it. He had like it a lot. That much he could admit to himself.

But that doesn't mean he's going to admit it to her, especially when he was sure she was going to make fun of him for it. He stares at her for a minute more, finding his eyes drifting down to her mouth before he abruptly turns his head to stare at a spot on the wall.

What an interesting, totally blank spot it was too.

This would probably have been more convincing if he didn't still have his fingers tangled in her hair.

From the way his eyes drifted and the way he turned his head she already knew his answer.

It won't stop her from teasing him though. It was her right as his girlfriend, after all.

So she laughs before leaning in to press a kiss against his jaw. "Aren't you going to answer Fujiko's question~?"

He breathes in sharply when he feels her lips press against his jaw, but keeps his eyes resolutely on the spot on the wall.

"I don't need to answer your question."

She takes back her previous comment. There were probably bricks out there that were more romantic than him.

She huffed a short laugh before tilting her head to nip teasingly at his earlobe. Of course, she doesn't move away when she starts speaking and pretty much talks right into his ear.

"I guess I'll let you off the hook this one time." And with that, she was gone from his side. Since he hadn't let go and Fujiko didn't really want to pull her hair out, teleporting was the only option.

Standing in front of him, she raised her hand up and brought his book back, letting it fall onto his lap.

"Well, Fujiko will be in her room if you need her~." With one last little wave, she teleported back to her room.

After all, Fujiko was not the kind of girl who would just blindly chase after a guy all the time. She had her pride as a woman.

Also, if he chose to just go back to his book she will be angry.

It takes him a full half-hour to make up his mind.

Partly because he had frozen in place from the nip on his earlobe and he had spent a full minute staring at the space where she had been. Partly because he spent some time pacing the room and trying to go back to his room.

But it was a lost cause when he found himself reading but unable to focus on the words at all. With a sigh, he had put the book down and made his way to her room: to give her hell for interrupting his reading time, of course.

While he was thinking she was watching her drama on the TV in her room.

She leaned back against the headboard with a huff.

Really, how long was he going to be? That guy really was hopeless. If he didn't show up before the credits finished rolling she was locking her door and spending the rest of the afternoon watching her drama.
