At the mention of frog legs, Keroro immediately tries to scurry backwards and out of reach, shaking his head, "N-N-No! I don't taste good, de arimasu! I swear!"

"How would you know that? Are you a cannibal? Do you eat your kind? That's pretty disgusting, but I guess that's how you got to be so big." He reaches out and prods Keroro's fleshy stomach.

"I paid for a mail order bridesassin and got you instead. Gotta get my money's worth somehow."

[starfruitfrog]

"I-I-I have not, de arimasu! And I haven't gotten big. I've been this size for thousands of years, de arimasu!"

Except for that one time when they had to eat candy to save the world.

"...And what do you mean money's worth, de arimasu...........?"

[sadoslash]

"Thousands of years? Sounds like you've lived a long, fulfilling life then."

He readies his sword.

"Any last words? Pleads for your life? Bucket list wishes that you can complete in roughly a minute?"

Was this guy serious? Keroro is staring at the sword, eyes wide.

He couldn't be serious.



Any moment now, the TV crew or whatever it was would burst out of the closet and save him. Maybe.

Any moment now.

Nope. Not gonna happen. Unless we decide to break the fourth wall, but.

Sougo's just staring at Keroro and his shock, before he shrugs, "Guess you're a frog of few words."

Raising the sword now.

So the TV crew fails to come and save him. He has lost all faith in you, reality television.

"I'LLBEYOURBRIDESSASSINDEARIMASU!"

[sadoslash]

"Eh?"

Sougo raises a brow and then slowly lowers the sword.

"And that would benefit me how exactly?"

"Ah. Well."

Quick, think of a reason.

"You...You wouldn't have wasted your money, de arimasu?"

[sadoslash]

He thinks for a moment. Well. He is small. He can sneak around where Sougo couldn't...

"How much do you know about stealth and defeating enemies, though? Or even just defeating shitty guys who claim they're vice commander, but really just stole a spot that should've been rightfully yours?"

[starfruitfrog]

"A lot, de arimasu."

Would this face lie?

Okay, so he's lying. He knows absolutely nothing about any of that, but maybe if he can get out of here then he'll be safe.

[sadoslash]

It's hard to tell with those large soulless eyes. ...okay, maybe this guy can be trustworthy.

"And how good are you with a bazooka?"

[starfruitfrog]

"Very good, de arimasu."

Giroro can fire it so it can't be that hard. Just point and shoot, right?

Practically like using a camera!

[sadoslash]

"Ohhh. You must be one of those ninja frogs I've heard about. What's your name? Picaso? Mozart? L*dy G*ga?"

They're named after popular artists, right?

"That's me, de arimasu. Ninja frog, de arimasu."

He's just going to be nonspecific because this lie is just getting more and more complex and he really, really wants to run away.

Oh, but he has to give him a name. Quick. Who did he know that was a ninja frog?

"My name...is Zo...ruru. Yeah. Zoruru."

[sadoslash]

"Zoruru..." Was that an artist he didn't know about? Sougo plays along.

"Oh. So I take it you use one of those tiny swords and carve a Z in anything you can find, right?"

"Exactly, de arimasu!

This lie is rolling out of control like a runaway Katamari with Keroro as one of the cousins.
