Veronica was at BABEL as part of another official visit, having spent her past few days already touring through many different parts of Japan, and trying with all her might to see all that she could see with a very limited amount of time (and always, always a window or Rida between her and the world outside).

She was (originally) supposed to be sitting by herself and behaving until Rida came back with the rest of the Zerestrian entourage. But really, "please, please remain here, princess" could mean just to remain in the building, right? And she had been here once before and already knew her way around.

So that was why she'd abandoned her original seat as of half-an-hour ago, and was currently (cheerfully) making her way along the corridor when she catches sight of Sakaki with a livid hand print on his cheek. As there's no one to continue steering her in one direction, she stops with a frown, her hand lifting to lightly touch his cheek,

"Are you alright?"
